Robyn Moore is a managing director and leader of the Piper Sandler Colorado public finance group. She has a public finance career that started in 1996, having served as underwriter or financial advisor on over $20 billion of debt for a variety of issuers including state and local governments, water and sanitation utilities, public power agencies, transportation districts, airports and tax increment finance districts.

Moore joined Piper Sandler from Stifel Nicolaus where she co-led the firm’s Denver office, and George K. Baum & Company where she served as senior banker and group leader before their acquisition by Stifel. She started her career in the finance department and city manager’s office at the City of Des Moines and the City of West Des Moines, Iowa and then spent several years at Bank of America’s municipal lease finance group.

She holds a master’s degree in public administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Moore is involved with various community boards and organizations, including the Ray of Hope Cancer Foundation.
