Sarah Whitaker Clemente

Sarah Whitaker Clemente is a director at Piper Sandler in the healthcare investment banking group and is involved in a full range of investment banking activities. Whitaker Clemente works with clients across a full range of investment banking services, including sell-side and buy-side M&A for private and public companies, corporate divestitures, spin-offs, IPOs, follow-ons, strategic advisory, private debt and equity placement and convertible debt financing. She is focused on the medical technology sector and is based in the firm’s Minneapolis office.

Prior to moving to Minneapolis, Whitaker Clemente worked at Piper Sandler’s London, United Kingdom office where she was focused on healthcare cross-border M&A transactions.

Whitaker Clemente graduated summa cum laude from Babson College in Boston, Massachusetts, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
