Todd Goffoy

Todd Goffoy is a managing director in the public finance investment banking group at Piper Sandler. Goffoy has been with Piper Sandler since 1992, and currently focuses his public finance efforts on Missouri municipalities, school districts, counties, fire districts and utility districts.

Prior to joining the firm, Goffoy served as finance director for a suburban municipality for four years. He has been involved in local government finance for his entire career since 1986. Goffoy currently serves as the lead for the firm’s Missouri public finance operation.

He is an active participant with the Missouri Municipal League, GFOA of Missouri and National Association of Municipal Advisors, among other organizations.

He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Rockhurst College and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southwest Missouri State University.
