Tyler Griffith

Tyler Griffith is a director in the services & industrials investment banking group at Piper Sandler. He is involved in a full-range of investment banking activities, with a primary focus on M&A advisory and private equity-backed transactions. He has more than nine years of M&A experience across a range of industries, including facility and infrastructure services, niche manufacturing and transportation & logistics.
   
Griffith previously co-founded and sold an event management software company, where he led all business development and sales functions and played a pivotal role in raising capital. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Edgeview Partners.
   
Griffith earned a bachelor’s degree in government and history from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in commerce with a concentration in financial services from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
