Victoria Holt
Victoria Holt is the former president and chief executive officer of Protolabs, a custom prototype and low-volume production manufacturing company. Holt joined Protolabs following the sale of Spartech Corporation, a leading producer of plastic sheet, compounds and packaging products, where she was president and chief executive officer from 2010 through 2013. Prior to that, she was senior vice president of PPG Industries’ glass and fiber glass division from 2003 through 2010. Holt began her career as a sales representative at Monsanto Company in 1979, where she worked in several management positions and went on to become a vice president of its spinoff company, Solutia, Inc.
Holt currently serves on the board of directors of A.O. Smith, Waste Management, Inc., Watlow Electric Manufacturing Co., PST and Lumafield, and formerly served as a director of Protolabs and Spartech Corporation. She also served as vice chair of the National Association of Manufacturers executive committee and was on the board of trustees of Dunwoody College.
Holt holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Pace University.
