The S&P 500 and Nasdaq indices closed in red on Tuesday, both down -0.40% and -0.76% respectively. For the month of December, the S&P 500 index decreased -14.9% and the Nasdaq index decreased -31.4%. November inflation (CPI) increased +0.1% from October and increased +7.1% YoY. The CPI index report for the month of December will be released January 12.
