On May 15, 2024, Trinitas Capital Management, LLC (“TCM” or the “Company”) closed $42.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 9.25% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2029 (the “Notes”). TCM intends to use the net proceeds from this transaction primarily to invest in the equity of the Company’s CLOs.
